Her studies of modern philologies and her work as a freelance journalist opened the door to a career in PR. She landed in the pharmaceutical sector by coincidence, where she discovered her passion for medical issues, and has remained true to the industry ever since. In over nine years, two international network agencies and various clients from the RX sector provided her with comprehensive insight into healthcare communications. She is working in Eltville since October 2009 and enjoys sports, traveling and reading detective stories in her free time.

Nursing for a year in a Bonn hospital (Rhine again) she fell in love with medicine and studied it for three years in Aachen (Lake Rursee). Then she turned to her second love: communications, and studied media business admin on the Rhine and Seine with an internship in Hamburg (Elbe). She took her first steps in marketing with internships at advertising agencies after completing her school education. She studied business communication and lived her passion for writing: for the university paper and during an internship in the PR department of a consumer goods company. After graduation she wrote about products in need of clarification in the IT industry. She then switched to the exciting healthcare market and happily found her way to Haas & Health Partner. Her motivation: translating messages for various channels to resonate with all relevant target audiences. Her inspiration: enjoyment and wine.

With a head for numbers and enthusiasm for business analysis, she decided her focus for studying would be Accountancy. Having spent six years at an international agency network in the advertising world, she felt particularly attracted by healthcare communications. Joining Haas & Health Partner and helping the successful agency to seamlessly move into the new network, optimising processes and supporting our consultants in achieving their goals is a fantastic challenge. Exploring new horizons is what makes her go: people, cultures, countries and last but not least, her own limits in sports!

Finished school with a clear objective: to lay the foundation by studying political sciences to become part of the “media world“. Got a taste of different fields during university and then went for the most diversified area: Public Relations. Three years of experience at a local PR agency led her to put her long-standing preference for specializing in healthcare PR into practice. Happily went ashore at Haas & Health Partner. After work she relaxes on horseback and enjoys the scent of the stables on her parent’s farm.

For many years she kept the books at an agricultural operation in Kazakhstan, then at a Russian hospital, a cable manufacturer before working for a tax auditor. When she relo-cated to Germany, she retrained as a bookkeeper and subsequently worked again as accountant; today she works for Haas & Health Partner. She always wanted to work in a demanding job. The daily challenges she faced as the team assistant in the marketing and public relations department of a telecommunications company reinforced her interest in communications. After her time-out as a mother, it was absolutely clear that multitasking with a child had to be possible! She ultimately found the perfect combination – at Haas & Health Partner. Her outside activities are determined by her daughter: hiking, cycling, swimming and everything that’s fun for kids is on the agenda.

With a degree in archaeology she manages to bridge more than two millennia: from ancient Asclepius and Hygieia to modern healthcare PR. Her first contact with PR came while working as an assistant at the museum in Würzburg. She became infected with the PR bug, realizing that it too is an exciting field. After completing her studies she became part of the Haas & Health Partner team in April 2004. Privately, she is a Philhellenic – Athens will always be the place of her dreams. If there is time left after job and family, she is still drawn to museums and exhibitions.

From Schleswig-Holstein to Rostock and Hamburg to study history and political sciences. Combined the interest in healthcare policy with the fascination for PR. First steps in PR at the German Bundestag and a German healthcare policy association were followed by a deep dive into the exciting world of healthcare PR: initially in Hannover, since March 2012 in Eltville. Spare time is still dominated by history: on the bookshelf, the Prussian "Old Fritz" and the "Iron Chancellor" live side by side.

An internship in a horse clinic was followed by the studies of European Ethnology/Cultural Studies, the law and art history at the Universities of Marburg and Cáceres, Spain. Already during her university time she combined humanities with healthcare: Participated in a public education campaign on diabetes and gained experience in the healthcare sector of a business development corporation. Her interest in medical subjects was ignited – and led directly to Haas & Health Partner. After work she enjoys sports or a good book.

Classical course of studies in biology at the University of Mainz: zoology (focus on population genetics and ecology), botany, genetics and biophysics. Interdisciplinary thirst for knowledge made journalism a fascinating minor. The combination of interest in the natural sciences and a passion for writing led to a successful start at Haas & Health Partner in May 2005. Since then he has gained extensive experience primarily in OTC/DTC communications. In his free time he roams in nature, is enthused by classical and symphony film music and loves meeting friends.

Developing a fascination for the genetic causes of cancer while studying biology in Giessen, he stuck with this field also during his PhD work at the German Cancer Research Science Center in Heidelberg. Just by chance – as so many others – he got into PR, instantly liking its great diversity of tasks and challenges. This step also helped to discover his love for the written word, which henceforth is being strongly intensified. After more than 12 years experience in two international healthcare agencies, he joined Haas & Health Partner in June 2012. If he doesn’t write or advise, he’s reading or attempting to master guitar and bass.
